Disputes handled and alerts are counted as monthly consumption. Each evidence pack generated and each alert received in a billing period adds one to the counter, and the counter resets when the next period starts. Deleting a dispute, an alert or a pack does not lower the counter, because the work was already done. Connected accounts and team seats count what you have at the same time.
You get a notice in the app and by email at 80 percent of any limit. At 100 percent, alerts keep arriving in your feed and nothing is dropped, while new evidence packs wait until the next period or until you upgrade.
Tools that charge per alert and take a share of recoveries get more expensive exactly when disputes spike. With NoChargeback you know the full monthly cost before the month starts. Here is hypothetical arithmetic for a merchant with 50 alerts and 20 won disputes a month at 85 USD each.

Yes. Every plan costs 50 percent less per month when you pay for a year upfront, for example Growth is $149 per month billed $1,788 yearly instead of $299 billed monthly. Annual is selected by default and you can switch to monthly on this page.
Yes. You cancel in the billing page of your account, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
You pay the difference right away. When you move to a higher plan or from monthly to annual, we charge the prorated difference for the rest of the current period at that moment, and the new plan and its limits switch on as soon as that payment succeeds. If the payment fails, you stay on your current plan.
The lower plan starts at your next billing date. You keep the higher plan until then, and there is no refund for the difference.
Limits are monthly consumption and they do not roll over. Each evidence pack and each alert in a billing period counts once, deleting items does not give the count back, and every new period starts at zero.
