1. What your subscription buys
-
You pay in US dollars for a month or a year up front, at the rates listed on the pricing page.
-
For that whole stretch your workspace keeps its alert feed, evidence pack builder, ratio tracking and every limit of the tier you picked.
-
The price does not move with the number of disputes you fight, alerts that fire or reversals you win. All of it opens on day one.
-
The single demo in section 11 of the Terms of Service builds a draft response for one dispute before any payment, so the output can be judged in advance.
-
Starting a subscription is a request for immediate service, and with it any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right lapses as soon as the workspace opens.
2. When we do return money
Three cases qualify, each capped at the amount of the charge in question and each checked against the logs described in section 6.
-
Duplicate billing. Our billing system pulled payment twice for one period.
-
Fraudulent use of your card. Someone paid for NoChargeback with your card without your consent, you flag it to us no later than 14 days after the charge, and the account logs together with the transaction data back that up. We decide on the logs, not on the claim alone, and we can ask for proof that your bank has the fraud report on file.
-
A total outage. NoChargeback was unreachable as a whole, for a continuous stretch, because of a fault we confirmed on our side, you alerted us during it, and we did not restore service. A late alert, a slow evidence draft, a single broken feature, or trouble with your own browser, connection or processor account does not count.
A refund is paid only to the card that was billed, closes the matter in full, and does not open the door to a second one.
3. What does not qualify
-
You no longer sell online, changed direction, or simply stopped needing dispute tooling.
-
A quiet month with hardly any disputes, or none at all.
-
An issuer or card network ruling against you. Banks make that call, and a well built evidence pack improves the odds without promising a win.
-
A dispute ratio that stayed above a threshold, or entry into a card network monitoring program, driven by your own orders, fulfilment or policies.
-
Gaps in your processor data, or scopes you left off the restricted key you connected.
-
A renewal that went through, including one that cleared after earlier declines.
-
Believing the plan was a single purchase, when pricing, checkout, the receipt email and the billing page each say it renews.
-
Missing the renewal date, or cancelling a day after it.
-
Expecting something the pricing page does not describe, or a feature behaving differently from what you imagined.
-
Choosing the wrong tier or the wrong billing term.
-
Activity by anyone who had your login, a colleague included.
4. Turning off renewal
Cancellation lives on the billing page and takes one click, no email needed. From then on nothing renews. The fee already paid stays paid: the workspace remains open to the last day of the period, and leftover days are not converted into credit or cash. Cancelling is not the same as asking for a refund.
5. Renewals and declined cards
Without a cancellation, the plan rolls into a new period automatically, the new period starts with full access, and its fee falls due at that moment. A declined card does not cancel that debt. The open invoice is retried on the following days, and each retry is the same invoice, never a fresh charge. Cancelling while it is still open prevents future periods but leaves the current one owed, and once it is collected it is not refunded. To avoid a renewal, cancel before the date on the billing page.
6. The logs behind every decision
Registering a workspace binds you to the Terms of Service, this policy being part of them, and to the Privacy Policy. Before payment the checkout spells out tier, amount, term and auto renewal, and the receipt email restates them.
Per subscription we retain when you bought, which tier and amount you saw, the moment you agreed to the terms, every email we sent, and a timeline of workspace events: logins, processor connections, alerts received, drafts produced and packs exported, each stamped with its technical metadata. Separately, the payment operator holds its own trail for each charge, showing the issuing country, the origin of the payment and whether the bank passed it through 3D Secure. These are the sources we use when a charge is said to be unauthorised.
7. Disputing a NoChargeback charge
We build chargeback responses for a living, so we ask for the courtesy we recommend to your own customers: contact us first. Filing a bank dispute against us without that step breaks the Terms of Service, the workspace is closed for good, and the logs from section 6 go to your issuer as our response.
8. How to ask
Email support@nochargeback.com from the address registered on the workspace within 14 days of the charge. State the date, the amount and which case from section 2 you rely on. Late messages, messages from another address and requests through other channels are not reviewed. We answer in arrival order with no promised turnaround, and a refusal is final.
9. Older payments
Charges made before October 14, 2026 follow whichever terms applied on the day of payment.
