What connecting a processor does
A connected account lets NoChargeback see disputes the moment the processor creates them, instead of when someone opens a dashboard days later. For each dispute we pull the order, the customer, the authorization results and the delivery or usage records, match them to the reason code, and build an evidence pack with a drafted rebuttal letter.
The same connection sends the finished evidence back to the processor. You review it and submit with one click, or on Growth and higher plans let NoChargeback submit automatically before the due date. The connection also feeds the chargeback ratio monitor, so your Visa and Mastercard ratios are tracked from real dispute counts rather than from a spreadsheet.
If you sell through several processors or stores, each one is a separate connected account. All of them land in the same dashboard, with the same alerts, the same deadline countdown and the same win rate and reason code analytics.

How many accounts each plan connects
-
Starter connects 1 processor account, any one of Stripe, Shopify, PayPal or Braintree.
-
Growth connects up to 5 accounts across Stripe, Shopify, PayPal and Braintree, and adds automatic submission.
-
Scale connects up to 20 accounts and adds Checkout.com, Adyen and Authorize.net.
-
Enterprise connects up to 100 accounts across every integration.
Full limits for disputes, alerts and seats are on the pricing page.
Permissions we ask for and the ones we refuse
Every integration follows one principle. NoChargeback asks for read access to the data that proves a purchase, and write access only to dispute evidence. We never ask for permission to issue refunds, create charges, send payouts or transfer funds, so the connection cannot move your money even if someone wanted it to.
Where a processor supports scoped keys or OAuth scopes, we request the narrowest set that covers disputes. You can revoke access from the processor side at any time, and evidence already drafted stays in your NoChargeback account. Details on encryption, retention and access logs are on the security page.
How to connect your first account
-
Pick a plan and create your account on the pricing page.
-
Choose the processor and approve the read and dispute scopes it shows you.
-
NoChargeback imports open disputes and recent fraud warnings, then starts the deadline countdown on each one.
-
Review the first evidence pack, edit anything you want and submit.

Can I connect Stripe and Shopify at the same time?
Yes, on Growth and higher plans. Starter covers one connected account, so a merchant with a Stripe account and a Shopify store needs Growth, which connects up to 5 accounts in one dashboard.
Can NoChargeback issue refunds or move money?
No. Every integration uses read access plus dispute evidence write access only. NoChargeback cannot refund, charge, pay out or transfer funds on any connected account.
What happens to disputes that were open before I connected?
NoChargeback imports open disputes that are still within their response window, builds evidence for each and shows the remaining time, so you can still respond to them.
