Both get expensive once a store wins more than a few disputes a month. For stores that take payments through Stripe, a flat monthly plan such as NoChargeback Growth at 149 USD a month billed yearly costs less than either from roughly 600 to 750 USD of monthly recoveries.
Chargeflow vs Disputifier at a glance
Prices below come from each vendor's own pricing page in October 2026, except Disputifier's alert range, which comes from its Shopify App Store listing, and its Annual Plan, which is described in its help center.

|---|---|---|
| Dispute responses | 25 percent of each recovered chargeback, dispute fee excluded | 20 percent of recovered revenue, capped at 250 USD per recovery |
| Prepaid option | Custom terms on Enterprise | Annual Plan at 12 percent of won chargebacks, paid upfront as a credit |
| Pre dispute alerts | 29 USD per deflected chargeback, better price on request above 50 a month | 17 to 27.50 USD per alert |
| Fraud screening | Prevent at 0.20 to 0.40 USD per scanned transaction, first 1,000 free | Fraud prevention listed, price not published |
| Analytics | Insights, free | Included in the app |
| Guarantee | 4x ROI guarantee on Automation, pay only for alerts that prevent a chargeback | Pay only for won chargebacks |
| Integrations | 100+ native integrations with processors, store platforms and helpdesks | Shopify app first, 30+ integrations listed |
| Contract | No contract or minimum | No monthly fee on the Basic Plan |
| Best fit | Brands on several processors and platforms who want one vendor for alerts, responses and screening | Shopify stores with moderate volume and some high ticket orders |
Neither company publishes a win rate you can verify independently, so treat any win rate claim on either site as marketing until you see it on your own disputes.
What Chargeflow and Disputifier cost at three store sizes
This is list price math, not a result. Each row assumes the same won disputes and recovered amount for both vendors, average recoveries below the 1,250 USD point where Disputifier's cap matters, and the same number of alerts. Disputifier alerts are shown at the low end of 17 USD.
| Store | Won a month | Recovered a month | Chargeflow 25 percent | Disputifier 20 percent | Disputifier Annual 12 percent |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Small store | 6 at 90 USD | 540 USD | 135 USD | 108 USD | 65 USD |
| Mid sized store | 30 at 120 USD | 3,600 USD | 900 USD | 720 USD | 432 USD |
| Large store | 150 at 200 USD | 30,000 USD | 7,500 USD | 6,000 USD | 3,600 USD |
Alerts change the picture. With 10, 40 and 300 alerts a month, Chargeflow adds 290, 1,160 and 8,700 USD if every alert deflects a chargeback, before any volume discount. Disputifier adds 170, 680 and 5,100 USD at 17 USD, or 275, 1,100 and 8,250 USD at 27.50 USD. One fair point for Chargeflow: it bills only alerts that actually prevent a chargeback, so a feed full of duplicates or late alerts costs less there.
Where the 250 USD cap matters
The cap is Disputifier's biggest pricing edge. A won 2,000 USD dispute costs 500 USD of fees at Chargeflow and 250 USD at Disputifier. A store selling furniture, electronics or annual software licenses with many orders above 1,250 USD saves a lot through that cap. A store with 40 USD average orders never reaches it.
When Chargeflow is the better choice
-
You sell through more than one processor or platform, such as Shopify Payments plus PayPal plus a separate card gateway, and want every dispute in one vendor.
-
You want fraud screening at checkout from the same company, priced per transaction.
-
You run many alerts and expect a negotiated rate above 50 a month.
When Disputifier is the better choice
-
You run a Shopify store and want an app you install in minutes.
-
A share of your orders is above 1,250 USD, so the 250 USD cap cuts your bill.
-
You can commit to a yearly prepaid credit and want the 12 percent rate instead of 20 percent.
When neither is the cheaper choice
Both models scale with your success. A store that wins 30 disputes a month at 120 USD pays 720 to 900 USD a month for responses alone, which is 8,640 to 10,800 USD a year out of money that was already yours. If you take card payments through Stripe, NoChargeback answers every Stripe dispute for a flat price instead. That route is covered in detail in our Chargeflow alternative and Disputifier alternative comparisons.
A flat priced option for Stripe merchants
NoChargeback connects to Stripe only, with a restricted key that has read access plus write access to disputes. It cannot refund, charge or move money, and it takes no share of anything you win back.
| Plan | Monthly | Billed yearly, per month | Disputes a month | Alerts a month | Stripe accounts |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 49 USD | 24 USD | 15 | 100 | 1 |
| Growth | 299 USD | 149 USD | 100 | 1,000 | 5 |
| Scale | 799 USD | 399 USD | 400 | 5,000 | 20 |
Put that next to the table above. The mid sized store pays 149 USD on Growth billed yearly instead of 720 to 900 USD, and the large store fits Scale at 399 USD a month instead of 6,000 to 7,500 USD. Alerts in NoChargeback are Stripe early fraud warnings and inquiries, each with a refund or fight recommendation, and they are part of the plan. See Stripe early fraud warning alerts for how that decision is made.
Be clear about the limits. NoChargeback does not read Shopify Payments or PayPal disputes and does not offer Ethoca, Verifi CDRN or Visa RDR network alerts. If most of your volume runs through Shopify Payments, compare Chargeflow and Disputifier with each other, and use this page's table to pick between them.
How to choose between Chargeflow, Disputifier and a flat plan
- 1 Pull the last three months of disputes from your processor. Count won disputes, total recovered and the largest single recovery.
- 2 Count pre dispute alerts for the same months and note how many were duplicates or arrived after a dispute.
- 3 Run both percentages on your recovered total, add the alert fees and apply the 250 USD cap to every recovery above 1,250 USD.
- 4 List your processors. If everything runs through Stripe, add the flat plan price from the pricing page as a third column.
- 5 Ask each vendor in writing for anything not on its public page, such as the Prevent rate that applies to you or Disputifier's prevention price.
If you sell on several marketplaces and want to see what chargebacks really take out of each one, an income tracker for creators and sellers that pulls every payout into one view makes the monthly fee line easy to spot next to revenue.
