What Chargeflow offers
Chargeflow is a chargeback platform that automates evidence collection and dispute responses, with a wide set of ecommerce and processor integrations. According to their public pricing pages, Chargeflow takes 25 percent of recovered chargebacks, charges about 29 USD per deflected chargeback for alerts, and prices prevention at about 0.20 to 0.40 USD per transaction. Prices change, so check the current Chargeflow pricing page before you compare. Our Chargeflow pricing breakdown works the fees out at three store sizes.
A success fee means you pay nothing when you win nothing. The flip side is that your cost grows with every dollar you recover, and alert and prevention fees add a second and third line that move with volume.

A cost illustration at list prices
This is an illustration of list prices, not a result. Assumptions: a store gets 50 alerts and 20 disputes a month, all 50 alerts end in a deflected chargeback, and the disputes it wins recover 2,000 USD. Prevention fees per transaction are left out.
-
Chargeflow recovery fee at the quoted public price: 25 percent x 2,000 USD = 500 USD.
-
Chargeflow alert fees: 50 x 29 USD = 1,450 USD.
-
Chargeflow total at these assumptions: 500 USD + 1,450 USD = 1,950 USD a month, before any prevention fees.
-
NoChargeback Growth covers 50 alerts and 20 disputes inside its limits of 1,000 alerts and 100 disputes. That is 299 USD a month, or 149 USD a month billed yearly, and the 2,000 USD recovered stays with you.
If fewer alerts end in a deflection, or you recover less, the success based total drops. Run the same math with your own counts and the prices you are quoted.

When Chargeflow may fit better
-
Your dispute volume is very low and you rarely recover money, so a pay on success model costs less than any monthly plan.
-
You rely on a broad app ecosystem and need an integration that NoChargeback does not list on its integrations page.
-
You prefer to pay only when money comes back and accept a higher cost in busy months.
How to switch from Chargeflow
-
Connect your processor. NoChargeback asks for read access plus dispute evidence permission only and never moves your money. See security.
-
Import open disputes. Each open dispute appears with its reason code, due date countdown and a drafted evidence pack. Disputes already submitted by another tool stay where they are.
-
Keep alerts running while you switch. Leave your current alerts active until chargeback alerts on NoChargeback are live, then turn the old ones off so nothing is missed.

Does NoChargeback take a percentage of recovered chargebacks?
No. You pay one flat monthly price for your plan. Every dollar you win back in a dispute stays with you.
Is a flat plan always cheaper than Chargeflow?
No. With very few disputes and small recoveries, a success fee can cost less. As alerts and recovered amounts grow, a flat plan usually becomes the lower monthly cost.
Do I need to change my checkout to switch?
No. You connect your processor with read and dispute permissions. Your checkout, code and payment flow stay as they are.
