What Justt offers
Justt sells chargeback management with a focus on recovery. Its core feature, which it calls Dynamic Arguments, builds a separate evidence based response for each dispute instead of filling one template. Around that it offers dispute optimization (deciding which chargebacks to fight and which to accept), automated refund and accept policies, a single dispute dashboard across processors, and Visa VAMP and Mastercard ECP threshold monitoring.
On the prevention side, Justt connects to Ethoca, Verifi CDRN and Visa RDR alerts and can refund automatically based on rules you set. It also lists Order Insight and Consumer Clarity for cardholder confusion, and a beta feature that flags consistent disputers using data across merchants.
Coverage is broad. Justt lists Stripe, Adyen, Braintree, PayPal, Worldpay, Klarna, Shopify, Checkout.com, Square and about 30 more payment providers, with SaaS, travel, ticketing, gaming, crypto and digital goods among its named verticals. Its site says it serves more than 250 enterprise merchants, so it is aimed at high volume businesses.
Success fee or flat price
Justt does not publish a rate card. Its site says you only pay when it wins, and comparison listings describe two contract shapes: a pay for performance model based on recovered chargebacks, or a technology platform fee combined with a fee per chargeback handled. The percentage and any volume terms are set in a custom quote after a demo.
A success fee feels risk free because a lost dispute costs nothing. The catch is that your best months cost the most. If a merchant recovers 20,000 USD in a month, a 20 percent share is 4,000 USD, and a 30 percent share is 6,000 USD. Those percentages are illustrations, not Justt prices, because Justt does not publish its rate. Ask for your own figure in writing and put it into the same math.
NoChargeback charges the same published price whether you win one dispute or a hundred. Growth is 299 USD a month, or 149 USD a month billed yearly, for up to 100 disputes and 1,000 alerts, with automatic submission. The cost per dispute falls as you win more, instead of rising.

What NoChargeback costs
Prices are on the pricing page and are the same for every merchant. Annual billing saves 50 percent.
-
Starter at 49 USD a month, or 24 USD a month billed yearly. One connected account, 15 disputes and 100 alerts a month, manual submit.
-
Growth at 299 USD a month, or 149 USD a month billed yearly. Five accounts, 100 disputes, 1,000 alerts, automatic submission, prevention rules, Slack and 3 seats.
-
Scale at 799 USD a month, or 399 USD a month billed yearly. Twenty accounts, all integrations, 400 disputes, 5,000 alerts, network alerts and Visa RDR rules, API access and 10 seats.
-
Enterprise at 1,999 USD a month, or 999 USD a month billed yearly. 100 accounts, 1,500 disputes, 20,000 alerts, SSO, audit log and an SLA.
No plan takes a percentage of what you recover, and there is no per alert charge inside the plan limit.
How to compare a Justt quote with a flat plan
A success fee and a flat fee only compare fairly on a twelve month total. Use your own numbers from your processor dashboard.
- 1 Take the amount you recovered from disputes in the last twelve months. If you have no history, use disputed volume multiplied by a realistic win rate for your reason code mix.
- 2 Multiply it by the success fee in your Justt quote. Add any platform fee and any per chargeback handling fee in that quote.
- 3 Add alert costs if alerts are billed separately in the quote.
- 4 Put the plan that fits your volume next to it. For 600 disputes a year, Growth billed yearly is 1,788 USD for the year, with alerts included up to 1,000 a month.
- 5 Ask Justt about term, renewal and what happens to open cases if you leave.
If the success fee total is far above the flat plan, the difference is what you pay for Justt's custom arguments and managed approach. For some enterprise merchants that is worth it. For many mid sized stores and subscription businesses it is not.
When Justt may fit better
-
You process at enterprise scale across many of the 40 or so providers Justt connects to, including some NoChargeback does not support, such as Worldpay or Klarna.
-
Your finance team will only approve a vendor that costs nothing on lost disputes.
-
You want a vendor to choose which disputes to fight using its own data across many merchants.
-
You run travel, ticketing or gaming at very high volume and want a dedicated account team.
How to switch from Justt
- 1 Connect your processor. NoChargeback asks for read access and dispute evidence permission only and never moves your money. The security page lists exactly what is requested.
- 2 Let open cases finish with Justt. Disputes already submitted stay with the provider that submitted them, and new disputes appear in NoChargeback with the reason code and due date.
- 3 Turn on chargeback alerts before you switch off Justt alert enrollment, so pre dispute coverage has no gap.
- 4 Check your contract for the success fee on cases that resolve after you leave and for any notice period.

How much does Justt cost?
Justt does not publish prices. Its site says you only pay when it wins, and listings describe either a pay for performance fee on recovered chargebacks or a platform fee plus a fee per chargeback handled. The exact percentage comes in a custom quote after a demo.
Does Justt take a percentage of recovered chargebacks?
Under its pay for performance model, yes. Justt is paid from disputes it wins, so the fee rises as recoveries rise. The percentage is not public, so ask for it in writing along with any platform fee.
What is a good alternative to Justt for a mid sized merchant?
A flat priced tool usually costs less once you win disputes regularly. NoChargeback starts at 49 USD a month, Growth covers 100 disputes and 1,000 alerts for 149 USD a month billed yearly, and it keeps no share of recovered funds.
Can I use NoChargeback and Justt at the same time?
Yes. Each processor account connects separately, so you can move one store or brand to NoChargeback first, compare the results and cost for a month or two, then decide on the rest.
