That makes Chargeflow easy to start and hard to budget. Below is every line of the public price list, what it adds up to for a small, mid sized and larger store, and the point where a flat plan such as NoChargeback pricing costs less.
What Chargeflow charges for each product
Chargeflow sells four products plus an enterprise tier. Each one is billed separately, and every paid product includes the free Insights dashboard.
| Product | Chargeflow price | What you pay for |
|---|---|---|
| Insights | 0 USD | Win rate trends, repeat disputer flags, processor analytics, weekly summaries |
| Automation | 25 percent of each recovered chargeback | Evidence collection and dispute responses, paid only on wins |
| Alerts | 29 USD per deflected chargeback | Pre dispute alerts that end in a refund instead of a chargeback |
| Prevent | 0.20 to 0.40 USD per scanned transaction, first 1,000 free | Fraud screening at checkout |
| Enterprise | Custom quote | Success manager, SSO, EU data options, legal redlines, SLAs |
A few details sit in the footnotes. The 25 percent applies to the recovered amount and not to the dispute fee. Chargeflow advertises a 4x ROI guarantee on Automation. Alerts are billed only when an alert actually prevents a chargeback, with one alert billed per transaction, and merchants with more than 50 alerts a month are sent to a demo for a lower rate. Eligible startups can apply to an accelerator program with discounts of up to 70 percent.

What Chargeflow costs at three merchant sizes
A percentage looks small until you put your own numbers next to it. Here are three illustrations at list prices. They are examples, not results, and they leave out Prevent fees because those depend on order volume.
| Merchant | Recovered per month | Deflected alerts per month | Automation fee | Alerts fee | Chargeflow total |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Small store | 1,000 USD | 10 | 250 USD | 290 USD | 540 USD |
| Mid sized store | 5,000 USD | 40 | 1,250 USD | 1,160 USD | 2,410 USD |
| Larger store | 20,000 USD | 150 | 5,000 USD | 4,350 USD, before any volume discount | 9,350 USD |
The larger store would likely get a better alert rate after a demo, so treat that row as a ceiling. Even so, the Automation fee alone is 5,000 USD a month, which is 60,000 USD a year paid out of money that was already yours.
For comparison, NoChargeback Growth covers up to 100 disputes and 1,000 alerts for 299 USD a month, or 149 USD a month billed yearly. Scale covers 400 disputes and 5,000 alerts for 799 USD a month, or 399 USD billed yearly. Neither takes a share of what you recover.
Why the 25 percent fee is easy to miss
Success fees come out of recovered funds, so they rarely show up as an invoice that someone has to approve. The dispute reverses, the payout lands, and the fee is charged on the side. Over a quarter that can add up to more than any software subscription in your stack.
The cleanest way to see it is to look at net recovery by month: recovered amount minus Automation fees minus Alerts fees. If your finance team already has to turn the bookkeeping export into a monthly P&L, put dispute costs on their own line so the trend is visible. A cost that grows exactly as fast as your win rate is one worth reviewing once a year.
Two more things change the real cost:
-
Win rate. The better your evidence, the more you recover and the more you pay. A success fee rewards the vendor for improvements in your own data, such as better delivery proof or clearer billing descriptors.
-
Alert volume. Each deflected chargeback costs 29 USD whether the order was worth 15 USD or 500 USD. For low ticket subscriptions, an alert can cost more than the sale it protects.
When Chargeflow pricing makes sense
Chargeflow is a solid choice in some cases, and the pricing is part of the reason.
-
You are new to disputes and want zero fixed cost while you learn your volume.
-
You recover less than about 600 USD a month, so 25 percent stays below a typical flat plan.
-
You qualify for the accelerator discount and your volume is still small.
-
You value the ROI guarantee more than a predictable bill.
Once recoveries pass about 1,200 USD a month, the Automation fee alone is higher than NoChargeback Growth at the monthly price, and that is before any alerts. At the yearly price the break even is about 600 USD of recoveries a month.
What a flat price looks like instead
NoChargeback publishes every plan and sells them online, with no share of recovered funds and no per alert fee inside the plan limit.
-
Starter at 49 USD a month for one account, 15 disputes and 100 alerts.
-
Growth at 299 USD a month for five accounts, 100 disputes, 1,000 alerts and automatic submission.
-
Scale at 799 USD a month for 20 accounts, 400 disputes, 5,000 alerts and Ethoca, Verifi CDRN and Visa RDR rules.
-
Enterprise at 1,999 USD a month for 100 accounts and 1,500 disputes.
Annual billing halves each price. Alerts arrive before a chargeback posts, the evidence pack and rebuttal letter are drafted per reason code, and the chargeback ratio monitor warns you before Visa VAMP or Mastercard ECM thresholds. How to compare Chargeflow with a flat plan in ten minutes
- 1 Open your Chargeflow billing history, or your processor dispute report if you have not started yet, and total the recovered amount for the last three months.
- 2 Multiply by 0.25 and divide by three for the average monthly Automation fee.
- 3 Count deflected alerts for the same months, multiply by 29 USD and divide by three.
- 4 Add both and compare the total with the NoChargeback plan that covers your dispute and alert counts.
- 5 If the flat plan is lower, connect one processor account first and run both side by side for a month before moving the rest.
Keep the 25 percent you are paying out
Connect a processor and get a drafted evidence pack for your next dispute, at a price that does not grow when you win.
